Businessmen attending a recent joint event held with Essex Drug and Alcohol Action Team were amazed to learn that 25% of all accidents at work are drug/alcohol related and that 15% of drug users and 75% of problem drinkers seeking help were in full time employment.  Given the numbers many of those attending had problem drinkers or drug users on their staff but none had and idea how to deal with the problem.
